Owner: Stewart Beal, President
When Stewart Beal went on a search for apartment buildings to buy in Michigan in 2009, he came across a number of buildings for sale in the Toledo market. His first attempted purchase was a building up for sale for $600,000, but unfortunately the deal fell through. Due to a number of interesting circumstances, Beal was able to acquire the complex from the bank just one month later.
