Tech Prep Resources - A Tech Prep curriculum combines traditional academics with technical courses to prepare students for post-secondary education - while at the same time providing them with the sense of connection and purpose that comes with working within a defined area of interest of their choosing. Academic programs are designed by a consortium of higher education, industry, local school systems and government working collaboratively to ensure that students are learning the skills necessary to become valuably-skilled members of the workforce.

Redesigning Ohio - Ohio’s eight metropolitan chambers of commerce and the Ohio Chamber of Commerce joined together to produce this report. It offers a road map for long-term, transformational change as well as meaningful recommendations for tackling the state's current fiscal crisis. This report includes an analysis of Ohio's existing economic situation, a review of best practices from other states and recommendations that range from the way our state budget is developed to specific productivity improvements.

Toledo Public Schools Transformation Proposal - Two sets of public hearings in each of the six TPS Learning Communities have now been held. The first forums reviewed the Transformation Proposal and public comment was taken. The new K – 8 school boundaries within each learning community were the focus of the second set of hearings. Presentations and comments are now available at the TPS district website.
