Intention vs. Impact: Bridging the Gap for Meaningful Leadership
In leadership and collaboration, our intentions often guide our actions. We move through the world believing that our good intentions are enough, but the reality is that our impact doesn’t always align with what we hoped to achieve. This workshop explores the critical difference between intention and impact—how well-meaning actions can still cause unintended harm and how acknowledging this gap can strengthen our leadership and relationships.

Led by dynamic speaker Sarah Noll Wilson, this session is designed specifically for emerging and existing leaders. Sarah will guide participants through reflective practices and provide tools to bridge the gap between intention and impact.

Key elements of the workshop include:
  • Understanding the Intention-Impact Gap: How good intentions can still lead to negative outcomes and why acknowledging this is essential for building trust.
  • Reflective Practices: Tools to help you assess how your actions align with the impact you wish to have.
  • Gathering Feedback: How to invite and integrate feedback, even when it’s difficult, to ensure your impact is aligned with your values and goals.
  • Courageous Audits: Strategies for conducting honest evaluations of your behaviors and actions to ensure you are leading with awareness and intention.

Sarah Noll Wilson brings her deep expertise in leadership, trust-building, and courageous conversations to create a space where participants can safely explore and develop the courage to align their impact with their highest intentions. This interactive and thought-provoking workshop will leave you empowered with tools to lead authentically, compassionately, and effectively.
