Frank and Amanda Viviano moved back to the Toledo Region from San Diego in 2015 to get involved with the family business, Bartz Viviano Flowers and Gifts, Inc. With stores located in Toledo and Oregon, the Vivianos are excited to join the family business, which has been serving the region since 1964.

Both Amanda and Frank are actively involved in EPIC Toledo and have been since early 2016. They believe that EPIC Toledo plays a vital role in shaping the Toledo Region and they are proud to support the organization and be a part of the forward thinking energy in Toledo.

Advocating for Small Business: Toledo Chamber

Of the more than 1,800 businesses that have invested in the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, more than 80 percent of them are small businesses. The Toledo Chamber understands that small businesses are the backbone of our local economy.

The Toledo Chamber supports small businesses in a variety of ways including hosting the Small Business Development Center, telling the story of the Toledo Region to attract and retain a talented workforce, providing opportunities to grow personal networks, and advocate on their behalf through the Advocacy & Public Policy (APP) department.

You’ve likely seen their truck around town, or their colorful ads at Fifth Third Field and the Huntington Center. Known throughout the region as the “Official Printing Company of the Toledo Mud Hens and Walleye”, Metzgers is a legacy in Toledo. What was started as “Type House” by Norb Metzger in 1976, a small business in Toledo has now grown to a multi-generational, award winning, full service printing company.

Ed Beczynski is a leading restaurateur in the Toledo Region. You may know him as the owner of The Blarney Irish Pub in downtown Toledo. Native to Toledo, Ed graduated from Bowsher High School in 1980 and served in the United States Air Force from 1980-1985. He lived many places, but ultimately chose Toledo as he and his family’s permanent home.
