| A safer, more reliable connection between Northwest Ohio and Columbus took an important step forward on September 30 with the release of the U.S. 23/I-71 Connector Feasibility Study. The Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission delivered the final study to the Ohio Legislature. The report identifies a recommended preferred alignment and evaluates traffic, tolling, project costs, and community and environmental impacts. It provides a stronger foundation for the next conversation: how to fund and move the project forward. |
