| We’re excited to welcome Natalie Dickinson, CPA, as the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce’s new Vice President of Finance—a seasoned financial leader with a passion for people, community, and impact. Originally from Columbus, Natalie came to Northwest Ohio to attend the University of Toledo, where she earned her accounting degree and met her husband, Steve. What began as a college experience quickly turned into a lifelong connection to the region. Today, she and her family proudly call Toledo home—and are enthusiastic advocates for all it has to offer. Natalie brings a wealth of experience as a CPA in industry, having worked on the commercial side with organizations such as Owens Corning, La-Z-Boy, and most recently in the banking sector. Her career has been grounded in collaboration, strategic insight, and a strong appreciation for the people behind the numbers. |
For Natalie, it’s all about the mission. She values the power of networking and learning from others’ experiences, and was drawn to an organization that embodies the idea that we all have something to teach—and something to learn. The Chamber’s commitment to advocating for businesses and entrepreneurs across the region made this opportunity especially meaningful.
In her role as VP of Finance, Natalie is focused on being a thoughtful steward of the Chamber’s resources—supporting the team and our members in maximizing impact for the regional business community. She’s also looking forward to deepening her understanding of Chamber programs, connecting with members, and becoming even more engaged in the Toledo community.
When asked about her proudest career achievement, Natalie points to the relationships she’s built along the way. For her, success is rooted in people working together to accomplish what no one can do alone.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys exploring different cultures—embracing diverse perspectives, experiences, and cuisines. That passion extends to her personal life, where she and her family have hosted an international exchange student and even traveled abroad to experience life through a different lens. She also enjoys “rocking out” to a great concert or playlist and counts The Big Chill as a favorite film—fitting for someone who values lifelong connections. And if you’re ever lucky enough to be invited to dinner, don’t miss her husband’s sausage and seafood paella.
Please join us in welcoming Natalie to the Chamber team—we’re thrilled to have her on board!
