2. Delicious Food and Drinks: Attendees can look forward to a mouth-watering buffet featuring clams, shrimp, and other seafood delicacies, paired with a decadent dessert charcuterie by Bite Catering. The cocktail hour, complete with appetizers and music, starts at 5:00 p.m., setting the tone for a memorable evening. Cocktails are available for purchase by credit card only.

3. Schedule of Events: The evening kicks off with registration at 4:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail hour in the Africa! Overlook from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Also during this time, take advantage of the giraffe feeding experience presented by Fiber Frame or get up-close-and-personal with a Burmese Python made possible by Salinas Exteriors. At 6:00 p.m., the buffet opens, and the fun begins inside the Malawi Event Center. This carefully planned schedule ensures that there’s ample time for both networking and relaxation.

4. Rain or Shine Event: No need to worry about the weather – this event will go on, rain or shine. The dress code is summer casual, so come in your shorts, polos, summer dresses, or capris and enjoy the evening comfortably.

5. Convenient Parking: Parking is complimentary in the Anthony Wayne Trail parking lot, with the Malawi Event Center just a short walk away, or better yet, hop on a golf cart made possible by Black & White Transportation.
