EPIC Loves the Metroparks!

EPIC Toledo membership headed to the Metroparks for a Mindfulness and Wellness event with the Metroparks and the Toledo Mindfulness Institute! 

We had a blast tabling and getting the word out about EPIC, and participated in some yoga, dancing, and sound baths. We learned about the Metroparks, and discussed the importance of wellness as a daily practice.
