“Manufacturing in the Toledo area has exploded in the last 5 to 6 years, shops have been extremely busy, increasing employment, working overtime, increasing pay, investing in state of the art equipment and technology, and making their shops clean, bright and safe. People in manufacturing have traditionally been passionate about giving back to the industry, that couldn’t be more true about the Toledo region. Company owners are constantly involved in the community and reinvesting time and money into high school programs, STEM programs, robotic programs, training new/young apprentices to become journeymen.” - Mike Pasch, Quality Tool Company

They are creating new opportunities and careers for students who otherwise would not have any direction.”
