Council is also expected to vote on Ordinance 465-18 which would authorize $30,000 to the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) for a Toledo-Detroit Rail Ridership Feasibility & Cost Estimate Study. The total cost of the study is $50,000 of which TMACOG is contributing the remaining $20,000.
- Resolution 473-18 which would call on federal regulators to protect and expand the Community Reinvestment Act. Recommendations include not relaxing current regulatory requirements on banks, and including other lending institutions as regulated entities.
- Ordinance 476-18 which would approve a new fee schedule for permits and associated services under the Division of Building Inspection. Contractor and construction trade registration and renewal fees remain unchanged under the proposal. Building permit fees were last changed in 2015.
All Council meetings are held in Council Chambers on the first floor of One Government Center, located on Jackson Boulevard in downtown Toledo.
