The last 12 months have been some of the most challenging our nation, our region and our organization have ever faced. They have also been some of the most transformative and innovative, as the COVID-19 pandemic taught us to adapt quickly, become more flexible and come together…while staying apart. It was also a year that a global movement for racial justice and equal rights presented a real opportunity for change, and leaders are seizing this moment to consider their roles and opportunities to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at their organizations.
