In response to the needs of our members, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce has launched the Center for Training & Development to address the skills gap by leveraging learning to drive business performance.

From leadership development and HR management to data analysis and cybersecurity, the Center offers targeted training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of today's workforce, resulting in:

At the Center, you can choose from on-line learning solutions and live training. TRCC Certificate programs using a hybrid approach using on-line courses and cohort live sessions will be launching in early 2025.

Change Management is a framework to methodically implement organizational change and prepare stakeholders for such change. Change Management Foundations introduces learners to this framework so that they can better understand and take part in changes within their own organizations.

Change Management Professional

Change Management Professional is intended to prepare learners to be change management practitioners in the real world. The course includes the Change Management Toolkit, an Excel spreadsheet loaded with helpful resources to guide learners through the process of Change Management.

Under pressure: Change Management Simulation

Immerse yourself in the situation of being a change management consultant, making a series of decisions, each with varying consequences, as the differing corporate cultures merge into one under a tight deadline.

NEW CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS - Launching Fall 2025

Each certificate program will focus on in-demand skills and offered in a hybrid format, combining on-line and cohort-based learning.

Each cohort will be small (8-12) and help cull the wisdom of the group while supporting participants to create a personal network of peers pursuing the same goals.

Cohorts will be led by professionals with experience related to the focus of the certificate program.  Participants will receive group coaching and mentoring during the program.
