Are you looking to enter public service or seeking a greater understanding of how it works? We're here to help. ​The Institute for Leadership & Advocacy has been restructured into a two-day format in October, with each day offering a unique training track tailored to different goals:
  • Day One delivers foundational leadership and civic education for those looking to grow in their current roles or better understand the public-policy landscape.
  • Day Two focuses squarely on those ready to take the leap into public office, guiding future candidates through the real-world process of running and leading.
Participants can choose either day—or both—depending on their professional aspirations, making this the most customizable and participant-focused version of the program to date.
