Join us in our next round of webinars where we will highlight Vaccine Points of Dispensing (PODs).  Closed PODs are sites staffed and managed by organizations and agencies (both public and private) to dispense the vaccine only to their own populations while continuing operations during a public health emergency.  We have assembled a panel of expert speakers to provide an orientation and basic expectations of operating a closed POD, share best practices and lessons learned, and provide guidance on legalities to be aware of.

Unconscious bias impacts how leaders make decisions, including decisions about who is hired and promoted. Even those of us with the best intentions sometimes act in biased ways and don’t even realize we’re doing it. The good news is that we can overcome our unconscious biases to make better decisions, create an environment where everyone can share ideas and opinions, and help to build a more diverse and inclusive company. This July 30 session focused on what can we do to avoid the negative impact or consequences of bias, how can we become more self-aware and learn to manage our filters, and identifying and responding to microaggressions (verbal, behavioral, or environmental slights) in the workplace.

Business After COVID-19: PPP Loan Forgiveness Strategies & Recovery Best Practices

During this webinar, participants learned current PPP loan guidance and strategies to maximize loan forgiveness, gained insight into the most commonly asked questions, and identified best practices and actionable steps for their business to implement during recovery.

Participants were also introduced to a PPP Loan Calculator tool to use as a resource to help in maximizing PPP forgiveness. This tool, developed by William Vaughan, helps guide businesses through the complex tracking of PPP expenses and also will assist in determining required time frames in which the funds are used.o discuss the specific concerns of businesses as they open.
