With the month of June in full swing the Chamber of Commerce has been experiencing an abundance of exciting events. From the kick-off of “Summer in the City” to the addition of new members to the Chamber, there is never a dull moment. However, we’d like to take the time to congratulate one of our own, Jocelyn Liberatore, who has been at the Chamber for 3 years, has been promoted to the newly created position of Workforce Initiatives Manager!
Moving away from her prior position of Administrative Assistant, Jocelyn will be tasked with the development and implementation of a new program called “TRAIN,” a re-branded approach to career exploration experiences for students, businesses, and student influencers. The program will be targeted to businesses and educators as a way to match them based on the services and resources of both. In essence, this program will allow those who opt-in to come together in an effort to align the talent pipeline with the business community. |
The Chamber is excited for Jocelyn’s new endeavor and hopes that “TRAIN” reaches its full potential as it continues to go through the journey of development. Congrats Jocelyn!
