EPIC Toledo Celebrates 10 Years

On April 7, in the heart of downtown Toledo, EPIC members, community and business leaders came together at One Lake Erie Center to celebrate EPIC Toledo’s tenth anniversary at the annual EPIC Toledo Birthday Bash. Nearly 500 young professionals attended the event and enjoyed a surprise menu from Murray’s On-the-Go, a new downtown business that revealed their concept during the VIP Pre-Party, presented by Yark Automotive Group.

When Stewart Beal went on a search for apartment buildings to buy in Michigan in 2009, he came across a number of buildings for sale in the Toledo market. His first attempted purchase was a building up for sale for $600,000, but unfortunately the deal fell through. Due to a number of interesting circumstances, Beal was able to acquire the complex from the bank just one month later.
