​In 2006 Dennis Dickey moved his salsa production out of his kitchen and into the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) in Bowling Green, Ohio. There he received the help and expertise from experienced food industry individuals to take his company to the next level. Eventually, he grew too large to continue operations at NOCK and started looking for investors so he could start his own manufacturing plant. In 2015, Dennis found the perfect spot in Swanton, Ohio that had not only the space he needed, but the refrigeration capabilities that keeps Willy’s Fresh Salsa so fresh. Willy’s Fresh Salsa is located at the Toledo Express Airport!

Kyoto Ka opened their doors on Central Avenue in 2007, and has spent the last decade developing a reputation for excellence and quality.  With growing demand, they opened an additional location in downtown Toledo in the Edison Building.  "We genuinely believe that we offer the best Sushi and Asian cuisine in Toledo, along with our ever evolving cocktail and wine list. We are very proud and honored to serve quality food and beverages to our customers," says Seongho Cho. In addition to lunch and dinner services at both locations, Kyoto Ka does provide catering options for off-site events; as well as hosting everything from wedding rehearsal dinners and birthday celebrations to corporate meetings and business parties.  Several times a year they also offer Sushi enthusiasts a Tuna Cutting Show, the popularity of which continues to grow.
