In 2006 Dennis Dickey moved his salsa production out of his kitchen and into the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) in Bowling Green, Ohio. There he received the help and expertise from experienced food industry individuals to take his company to the next level. Eventually, he grew too large to continue operations at NOCK and started looking for investors so he could start his own manufacturing plant. In 2015, Dennis found the perfect spot in Swanton, Ohio that had not only the space he needed, but the refrigeration capabilities that keeps Willy’s Fresh Salsa so fresh. Willy’s Fresh Salsa is located at the Toledo Express Airport!
