 | The team at the Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce continues to grow. Help us welcome aboard Justin Leahey, Certification Specialist. The MBAC serves the needs of minority, women, veteran-friendly, socially, and economically disadvantaged businesses by providing services including technical assistance, professional consulting, access to capital and assistance obtaining contracts.
