Andrew Delmore begins his first season as the assistant coach under former teammate Dan Watson. The two reunite after playing a season together in 1996-97 when both were blue-liners for the Sarnia Sting (OHL). Delmore, 39, has spent three previous seasons as an assistant coach, most recently with the University of Windsor, helping to coach the Lancers to a 17-16-1 record. The Windsor, Ontario, native appeared in 283 career professional games at the NHL Level, scoring 43 goals with 58 assists. Delmore made his NHL debut during the 1998-99 season appearing in two games with the Philadelphia Flyers. Delmore posted big years while playing with the Nashville Predators picking up 38 points (16G, 22A) over a career best 73 games in 2001-02 and then appeared another 71 games the year after while still in Nashville. On May 7, 2000, Delmore became the first NHL rookie defenseman to score a hat trick in the playoffs, and he remains the only Flyer defenseman to score a hat trick in a playoff game. 2016 EPIC Toledo Leadership SummitThe EPIC Toledo Leadership Summit is the premier event for young professionals in the Toledo Region and brings together over 350 young professionals and community leaders.
