Aszure brings a combination of business expertise and enthusiasm to her work with clients who value her engaging training style and organizational planning skills. Aszure has developed her expertise during years of business experience as well as extensive training with The Predictive Index®, a global leader in assessments, leadership coaching and sales training. She provides her clients with assessment tools, customized training and leadership development programs; and consulting services that generate measurable results.
Aszure has been a member of the ADVISA team since 2006 when she filled a newly created position as Sales Manager. After conquering this, she was promoted to Management Consultant in 2008 and serves nearly 30 clients such as Katz Sapper & Miller, Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Allegient and Southeastern Indiana Health Organization; with clients represented on Indiana’s list of “Best Places to Work” from 2010 to 2015.
Aszure has received local and national awards including ADVISA’s MIP award in 2009, 2012 and 2015. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis where she served as Co-Vice Chair for the Education Committee, is now on the Board of Directors, and active in the Membership Engagement & Program Committees. She has also served as a board member for The Dayspring Center and IAMH20.
Aszure Gray is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
