Eric Stockard has joined the Chamber as the new Vice President of Membership.
Having grown up in Toledo as a Central Catholic and University of Toledo graduate, Eric is excited for his new role at the Chamber.

“Toledo is the hidden gem. I want to help the Chamber in promoting that there is great opportunity in Toledo both locally and beyond the region.” – Eric Stockard
Prior to working at the Chamber, Eric worked for Owens Corning in Dallas, Washington D.C. and Harvard, Connecticut in a Sales and Marketing Capacity. He has also helped Central Catholic with fundraising, fulfilled recruitment strategies at UT and even owned his own consulting firm which helped for profit and not for profit organizations with strategic planning, HR recruitment, fundraising, and event planning.
In his new role with the Chamber, Eric will be directing a strategy to recruit and retain businesses to the Chamber and to the Toledo Region. Eric reflected that in our region we have cutting edge things going on in technology that rival most anywhere in the country. He is eager to be part of a team at the Chamber shares these positive attributes with businesses and to promote the services provided by the Chamber. “There are so many people at the Chamber with expertise that can help a business grow, start, attract talent and event help retain talent.” Eric is also enthusiastic about collaborating with staff and partner organizations to attract new companies to the Toledo Region.

One of Eric’s favorite things to do “off-the-job” is enjoy the many entertainment options in the Toledo area.
“People always promote day-tripping, however, we have enough right here to do anything and stay entertained. If you want to go, you can, but there is plenty to do right here for enjoyment and entertainment.” – Eric Stockard

Emily Dammeyer is the Communications Manager at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. She has extensive volunteer and work experience in community outreach and communication. She has also worked in membership retention, sponsor management and fulfillment, and collegiate development.
