Export Assistance Network Resources
The Export Assistance Network at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce can assist new-to-export companies as well as companies looking to improve efficiency in their exporting process. Along with services such as export education, due diligence and market research, the Export Assistance Network at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce can also connect you to both State of Ohio and federal resources. On the federal side, we can connect you with the U.S. Commercial Service. The U.S. Commercial Service is the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration. Through its network of trade experts and policy professional in 78 markets and all 50 states, the U.S. Commercial Service can assist U.S. firms in selling their “Made in the USA” products around the world, advise them on how to use trade deals to their advantage and help you overcome obstacles and barriers to international expansion.
The State of Ohio programs that the Export Assistance Network can assist with are:
International Market Access Grant for Exporters (IMAGE Grant)
- 50% reimbursement, up to $7,500 per fiscal year (eligible export related activates)
- Application deadline is Feb. 28 (funding is first come, first served)

- Up to $3,600 reimbursement for half of the intern wages
- Trained, full-time summer interns will focus on export development
