Kaminsky & Associates, Inc. (Team Kaminsky) was founded in 1956. Focusing exclusively on employee benefit planning and consulting, the firm works with companies of all size, but their niche market is companies that have 50-1000 employees.
Currently the team has 13 employees that focus their efforts on a range of activities including working with clients to develop cost containment strategies, conduct compliance audits, review alternative funding options, develop communications, implement and maintain wellness programs, and provide full service client care advocacy and support through their Client Care Advocates. Their independent business model enables them to reinvest capital resources to expand the menu of tools and services available to clients. Andrea prides herself and her staff on providing quality services and being an extension of each client’s HR department. Says Andrea, “One of my clients calls us her ‘easy button.’ Our approach to each client is unique, we like to start with a blank slate and focus on the tools and services that best suit their needs.”

Kaminsky & Associates, Inc. is located at 2340 S Detroit Ave # 3, Maumee, OH 43537, in a building that Andrea bought with her brother in 1997. She fully transformed the space that now houses eight tenants, including Team Kaminsky.
