​According to the Ohio Development Services Agency, Ohio exports were valued at $54.3 billion in 2018 which was in increase of 8.4 percent. Ohio is ranked the 9th largest exporting state! The number of countries and territories that receive exports from Ohio are around 210! Goods that were exported from Ohio have supported a projected 249,000 jobs in 2016. 

​Sabrina D’Onofrio, CBA, CGBP, our Export Assistance Network Director can assist your company in being a part of these statistics. There are many export resources available to companies in Northwest Ohio. Sabrina can assist companies with both state and federal resources, most of which are at no cost to you. State programs that are available are the International Market Access Grant for Exporters (IMAGE), the Ohio Export Internship Program, and the International Market Support Program. On the federal side, we have the U.S. Commercial Service.
 
In addition, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is launching Export Success 2019. This 10 session course is for exporters at all stages of the process, from just getting the idea to export all the way to becoming a seasoned, active exporter. Sabrina D’Onofrio joined the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Development Center in 2012. Sabrina is now the Export Assistance Network (EAN) Director and covers 18 counties in Northwest Ohio. ​Sabrina has regular communication with the other 6 Export Assistance Network Directors in the state to discuss questions or gather information
