Braumiller Law Group is a female owned firm and its client base ranges from small businesses to some of the largest and most sophisticated global companies. The firm’s roots began back in 1992 when few law firms even had international trade on their radar. The firm has steadily grown through the years from the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (1994), numerous free trade agreements that followed, two major overhauls or reforms of export control (1996 and what started in 2009 and is on-going), major changes in customs organization and laws including the importance of partnership programs such as the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism.
Over the years, Braumiller Law Group has formed a few strategic alliances, such as the most recent with The Law Offices of George Tuttle, based in San Francisco. The combined strengths of both firms allows clients to leverage the resources of expertise in multiple areas of trade compliance. Braumiller Consulting Group was also formed allowing clients to utilize the expertise of the various Trade Advisors affiliated with the firm for assistance with projects such as classification, training, and staffing.
The firm publishes a monthly newsletter and periodic publications on a variety of topics relevant to the international trade community and would be happy to add any interested Chamber members to their email distribution list.
