Established: Braumiller Law Group opened the Toledo office in August, 2011
Adrienne Braumiller is the founder of Braumiller Law Group PLLC and an innovative force in the international trade law arena. With more than 25 years of experience, she is widely recognized as a leading authority in Customs, import, export, foreign-trade zones, free trade agreements and ITAR compliance.

Paul Fudacz, who staffs the Toledo Office,  joined the firm in August 2011 and at that time the firm opened its Toledo Office.  Paul is a longtime resident of Toledo and had practiced International Trade Law with a local Fortune 500 company for close to 20 years before Joining with Braumiller.
Braumiller Law Group, PLLC, is a highly respected law firm focused on international trade compliance and proven strategies to optimize global trade business practices. Braumiller Law Group is comprised of eight International Trade attorneys and over 15 International Trade Compliance professionals with offices located in Toledo, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Luis Petosi, Mexico. The attorneys and trade advisors of Braumiller Law Group know exactly how to navigate the intricate maze of global trade regulations, and they have a successful track record for helping clients save millions of dollars in compliance penalties. These clients also leverage the expertise and experience of the Braumiller Law Group team to ensure that their global trade operations are legally structured to maximize efficiency and profitability.

In the Toledo area, Paul Fudacz is involved with the community in a number of positive ways including serving on the steering committing and as a mentor in the University of Toledo’s Export Success program and also serving as a mentor to new Ohio attorneys in the Ohio Supreme Court’s Lawyer to Lawyer mentoring program.  Paul is a frequent speaker on international trade topics in the Northwest Ohio area and also was recently appointed by the U.S Secretary of Commerce to the Northern District Export Council. In Texas, and across the country, the firm’s members serve on the Boards of several Trade Associations and actively participate in or contribute to various conferences, webinars and publications.

Braumiller Law Group is a female owned firm and its client base ranges from small businesses to some of the largest and most sophisticated global companies. The firm’s roots began back in 1992 when few law firms even had international trade on their radar. The firm has steadily grown through the years from the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (1994), numerous free trade agreements that followed, two major overhauls or reforms of export control (1996 and what started in 2009 and is on-going), major changes in customs organization and laws including the importance of partnership programs such as the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism.

Over the years, Braumiller Law Group has formed a few strategic alliances, such as the most recent with The Law Offices of George Tuttle, based in San Francisco. The combined strengths of both firms allows clients to leverage the resources of expertise in multiple areas of trade compliance. Braumiller Consulting Group was also formed allowing clients to utilize the expertise of the various Trade Advisors affiliated with the firm for assistance with projects such as classification, training, and staffing.

The firm publishes a monthly newsletter and periodic publications on a variety of topics relevant to the international trade community and would be happy to add any interested Chamber members to their email distribution list.
