Toledo Grand Opening: July 2016
Location: 2035 S. Reynolds Rd.

InfoCision is the highest quality call center in the world. They provide a full spectrum of direct marketing services: inbound and outbound call center solutions; direct mail and fulfillment; and Interactive (Web) and data solutions. They customize their services to meet the unique needs of their clients, and develop innovative strategies to consistently deliver the best results in the business
With much pomp and circumstance, InfoCision has officially begun their journey in the Toledo market. In a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier this month, Steve Brubaker, Chief of Staff for InfoCision, expressed his excitement to be in Toledo. Nearly 100 people came out to the ceremony, including the new employees of the Toledo office, city officials, and the business partners that helped bring InfoCision to their new office: the Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Growth Partnership, JobsOhio, and Danberry Realtors. Located on S. Reynolds Rd., corporate executives raved about the help they received finding their new home and the ease of the entire process from renovations to filling their workforce.
InfoCision’s commitment to their employees and culture of inclusivity was clear during the ribbon cutting ceremony. The employees were congratulated on their early successes and each given a balloon with a gift inside so that they too, could participate in the ceremony. Every summer season, they treat their employees to a company picnic, complete with music, barbeque and prizes. The executive team travels to every location to deliver a full supply of fun.

“We love taking the opportunity to thank our valued employees for their hard work and dedication. Our company culture centers on showing appreciation to our staff.” – Craig Taylor, Infocision CEO.
InfoCision’s corporate philosophy is based on creating an engaging experience between InfoCision’s clients and their client’s customers. They represent many well-known, name brand organizations and must speak the language of those organizations’ clients. It is also important that InfoCision communicates effectively in the culture of those they are communicating with.  For this reason, all of their employees are located in the United States, including their bilingual Spanish services, which are provided through a joint venture partnership in Puerto Rico.

Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, the company was founded in 1982 in the Taylor’s home. Since then, they have expanded regionally, keeping all of their locations within a several hour drive. InfoCision’s Senior Leadership Team are all intimately involved with the operations of the company and visit personally with all employees regularly.  Actually, the team has been considering northwest Ohio as one of their targets for growth for a while.  When Brubaker made his first trip to Toledo in February, he was particularly impressed by the healthy partnership among community stakeholders for economic development.  The decision to grow became clear when they began interviewing potential candidates.  The people of greater Toledo exhibited a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, which is critical for the business.

Community Involvement
InfoCision has enduring ties with their national nonprofit clients. Partnering in their established events allows InfoCision to be deeply involved in communities surrounding every location. They participate in events such as the American Diabetes’s Association’s walk to stop diabetes and the March of Dimes, amongst many others. They are always looking for opportunities to enrich their ties with the community around them.
