Swan Creek employs 150-160 people in the area many of whom have worked for the company for many years. This helps them deliver top care because of the continuity, knowledge and dedication that their employees have about their work. To repay their great employees, Swan Creek offers free meals and gym usage as well as a paid holiday for their birthday!
Getting involved in the community is important to the organization. Swan Creek proudly supports the work of the Alzheimer’s Association, Polly Ball, and Tools for Schools. Several employees are also involved in service organizations such as the Maumee Rotary Club and Reynolds Corner Rotary.
