50 Strong was a first time participant in the Ohio Export Internship Program this year. The program is designed for companies that are looking to export for the first time or to improve their current exporting process. This program matches companies with highly driven students that have taken export-focused coursework at Ohio universities and colleges. The company has the intern for 12 weeks and is reimbursed up to $3,600 for half of the intern wages. The 2020 Ohio Export Internship Program is now open for companies looking for a summer intern for 2020. For the Ohio Export Internship Program, Sabrina serves as a mentor to the students while they are working at their companies for those 12 weeks. She assists them with any export related questions or concerns they have during their internships.
