| Shop Small Saturday, which began as Small Business Saturday in 2010, began as a way for American Express to celebrate and uplift small businesses in the wake of international Black Friday deals. Shop Small Saturday aims to encourage more people to shop local, support the business owners who live in their own communities and raise awareness for small businesses everywhere. This Saturday, you can celebrate here in the Toledo Region, as multiple local small businesses and Chamber members participate in this annual event.
