This free series provides a welcoming atmosphere, led by the talent optimization experts at In2Great, for CEOs, HR leaders, small business owners and more to talk about talent optimization, share their challenges and work through strategies, giving them a stronger foundation upon which to build their own talent alignment strategies. The series is offered exclusively to Chamber members.
“We’re talking about how companies can design great objectives and strategies,” says Sara Best, champion of people and performance at In2Great. “If they don’t have the right people in the right seats to accomplish that, they’re not going to have success.”
In2Great relies on data, or people analytics, to ensure business leaders make good people decisions. In2Great’s clients, including ProMedica, The Andersons Inc., Metroparks Toledo, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Toledo Walleye and Mudhens are using people data to select, onboard and develop their employees and leaders. It’s about discovering what motivates and empowers individuals to perform at their highest level.
“We have worked diligently over the last three years to crack the code on deploying the tools of talent optimization across any size organization,” Best says. “We equip leaders to better understand the unique needs of their employees to ensure job fit, manager fit, culture fit and team fit. We’re utilizing a 65-year-old, highly validated platform of analytics that support this work.”
The Talent Optimization Roundtables are the ideal way to follow the Annual Meeting, as it will provide leaders with an opportunity to better understand the Talent Optimization framework. They’ll be able to self-diagnose the areas they need to attend to and improve upon within the framework.
“In the talent climate we have currently, any amount of time, effort or resource companies are willing to direct toward talent optimization will yield a measurable ROI,” Best says. “Better work, better world. We believe when people in the workplace are fulfilled and successful, and companies will experience results, and the world is a better place. There’s no doubt about it – everything gets better.”
