- Ordinance 323-19 which would approve Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz’s nomination of David Mann, Amy Hall, and Sharon Speyer for 4-year terms on the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority Board.
- Ordinance 327-19 which would appropriate $80,000 for contracted services for maintenance of the grounds surrounding five lagoons and two satellite pumping stations operated by the Division of Water Treatment. The city’s implementation of Priority Based Budgeting identified grounds maintenance at these locations as a cost savings opportunity.
- Ordinance 330-19 which would appropriate $1.3 million in additional funding from future assessment collection for road salt for the 2019-2020 winter season. The ordinance would also approve purchase of bulk road salt from Compass Minerals Inc. at a rate of $65.44 per ton.
