Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce Announces New Communications Manager

The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed new communications manager Amanda DePerro to the team.

DePerro studied journalism at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University with a minor in the Spanish language. DePerro brings her experience in journalism, public relations and marketing to the Chamber. Her experience writing and editing annual membership guides for chambers of commerce throughout central Ohio uniquely positions her to help the Toledo Chamber to continue to thrive. Before coming to the Chamber, DePerro built her own business as a freelance writer, creating website content, marketing strategies and helping to build brands for clients both local and across the country.

DePerro is from Dublin, Ohio, and has enjoyed exploring Toledo and its many coffee shops and restaurants as a new resident. She is a true crime lover and takes every opportunity to spend time with her small gray cat, Beemo.

DePerro’s responsibilities include driving online content, advocating for the work the Chamber does throughout the Toledo Region and building strategies for member engagement. She is excited to learn more about the businesses throughout Toledo, cultivate relationships both personally and professionally, and to continue to showcase what makes the Toledo Region a great place to live through her position with the Chamber.

The Toledo Chamber’s work is invaluable in supporting and advocating for agencies throughout northwest Ohio, and I’m delighted to be a part of that,” DePerro said.
