The Export Success class of 2021 is now accepting registrations, and that means it's time for you to decide whether Export Success can benefit your business and the goals you have for your business' future. Of course, here at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce and our Toledo Small Business Development Center, which houses our Export Assistance program, and the Regional Growth Partnership, we want your business to grow, succeed and find stability. So, the short of it is yes, you should join Export Success. But let's get into why.
Our program is strategically designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses interested in expanding into global markets. Expanding outside of your local market is key to finding stability and building up confidence in your business' future. While your local market may be generally stable and predictable, as the saying goes, you never want to put all your eggs in one basket. By growing your business through global trade, you're diversifying your business and you can worry less about any natural – or unexpected – dips in your local market.
Export Success at the Toledo Chamber can help you and your company develop plans to identify global markets, improve export efficiencies, understand export financing and develop market entry strategies. That's right; you're not just learning about the abstract idea of marketing and doing business abroad, you're actually creating a personalized plan with our experts to get you ready to begin to export. Through this 10-session course, you're also building relationships with other likeminded business leaders. This class is a collaboration between you, the Toledo Chamber, the Regional Growth Partnership and every other student in the class. It's an inexpensive and collaborative way to help you expand your company's knowledge about the world of exporting, and learn directly from class mentors who have been exporting for years and know the ins and the outs of expanding abroad.
By participating in Export Success, you'll be ale to properly arrange resources to successfully enter the global market. Don't worry, we're taking out all the guesswork and helping you on your journey toward global expansion. This class is what you need in order to avoid risky and costly mistakes in that process, and our mentors and Export Assistance Director Sabrina D'Onofrio have one goal in mind: to help YOU grow your business through exporting.

Sabrina is now the Export Assistance Network (EAN) Director and covers 18 counties in Northwest Ohio.
